Sound

You can turn of or off music and sound effect.

Animation

You can turn on or off battle animation.

Auto Backup

You can turn on or off auto backup feature - though I can't really see any good reason why you want to turn it off.

Confirm On

By removing check mark and clicking "Save Changes" button at the end of screen, you no longer see the confirmation box when you perform action that is described beside the checkbox.
